• For in‑stock items, allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

• For pre‑orders, allow 10–20 business days for dispatch.

• Shipping within Spain (Península) is completely free of charge .

• Shipping to other European Union countries and to destinations outside the EU will be calculated at checkout and you will be given the information when contacting the brand to place your order.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, contact us via email at project.nympfa@gmail.com before sending the item back .
